The Whittier Cultural Arts Foundation has funded local arts programs in the City of Whittier for three decades. After 20 years, the longevity of the organization had begun to show. Furthermore, the old brand was failing to resonate with local contemporary and emerging artist. The rebrand aimed to celebrate the organizations past while engaging the emerging arts community.
